You’re invited by famed eccentric detective Caligula Lupus to join in the unmasking ultimate evil, the serial killer known only as Shadow Jack.
Shadow Jack’s victims have been found in Italy, England, and America, always mutilated, always with his “calling card”, a Jack of Spades.
Mr. Lupus has devoted himself to catching the killer, and avenging his brother’s murder by Jack over four years before.
And now, tonight, Mr. Lupus has invited you and an eclectic, apparently unrelated mix of guests to a private announcement of his conclusions.
Some say Mr. Lupus is blinded by revenge, others by the millions of dollars in book and movie deals, but one thing is certain: he intends to catch Shadow Jack.
Shadow Jack is known for extreme tortures and death traps. He also sends taunting letters to the authorities, and from these letters, CSI Profilers believe Jack to be highly educated, refined, sensible, and despite his bloody crimes, has a sense of honor as well as a sense of purpose. He apparently has a wide knowledge in literature, music, history, and other "fine things" in life. Jack apparently sees some authorities not as a nemesis, but an equal worthy of the game they play.
Are you up to Shadow Jack’s gruesome “game”? Can you catch him before he kills again? |
